How do I place my order online?

  • Click «Shop» at the top of the page.
  • Click on the board you‚Äôd like to purchase.
  • You will be taken to the product detail page. Click which limited edition numbered board you‚Äôd like and it will be added to your shopping cart in the top right corner.
  • If you‚Äôre ready to checkout, then simply click the ‚ÄúCheckout‚Äù button.

Is the site secure?

Yes, we use a high-protection SSL to keep your information safe.

Can I track my order status?

After you place your order is placed successfully, you will be emailed a confirmation.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.) Please contact us if you prefer another way.

How can I make changes to my order?

Simply send us an email with your request or concerns and, assuming we haven’t shipped your order, we will make the changes.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer two shipping options - standard and rush delivery.

How much will shipping cost me?

Standard is $4.95 and rush delivery is $15.00.

Can I track my shipment?

A tracking number will be emailed to you after the completion of your order.

I haven't received my order yet!

Send us an email with the your order information and we will look into the matter.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

It takes a few hours for the shipping company to update their system.

What is your policy on returns?

Due to the limited-availability and the fragileness, we generally don’t offer returns with the exception of defective products. We’re aware there are special cases, so shoot us an email if there’s a problem.

All information submitted to the site is kept strictly confidential. In addition, we never store any credit card information and we will never sell your email address!
